How to choose?
String Thickness - thinner string provide better performance but less durable.
String Tension - contrast to common belief, higher tension doesn't help you clear the shot further. In fact, low tension allows for greater distance but difficult to control. High tension give better control and accuracy but demand better technique and muscle strength. Thus, my recommendation are:
20 - 23 lbs - casual players
24 - 26 lbs - intermediate club player
26 - 28 lbs - advanced
